With over a decade of experience as a nurse, I've supported countless birthing parents and newborns, witnessing both empowering, joyful births and others that left families feeling scared and out of control.
As a mother who’s experienced two hospital births, I truly understand the wide range of birth experiences. My first birth was marked by trauma due to lack of preparation, but my second birth—despite similar circumstances—left me feeling empowered and fully integrated into the medical team. That sense of empowerment and partnership is what I want to share with you as you prepare for your own journey into the delivery room.
What made the difference for me was mindset. Through intentional preparation, I learned when to advocate for myself and when to let go and trust the process. My goal as your birth coach is to help you develop the same emotional resilience and flexibility so you can have the birth experience you desire and deserve.
Whether you're facing medical complexities or just want to feel fully prepared and confident as you navigate the unpredictable landscape of childbirth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
XO,
Kelly
Are you ready to have a confident, informed, powerful birth experience?
Picture a birth where you feel supported, respected, and empowered.
You feel fully prepared because you have a strong birth vision, and you have the agency and flexibility to make an informed decision at a moment's notice.
How is that even possible you ask?
Simple! My job is to learn all about you, meet you where you're at, and make you the confident leader of your birth team.
I will do this by:
1) Arming you with an understanding of common birth scenarios
2) Helping you identify what's most important to you
3) Coaching you on how to emotionally process the common events of a hospital birth
